According to the data released in 2019 Annual Report on National Power Reliability, among 36 provincial-level electric power enterprises, 8 provincial-level electric power enterprises of the company entered the top 10. Among the 50 major cities in China (4 municipalities directly under the Central Government, 27 provincial capitals, 5 cities specifically designated in the State Plan and 14 other top cities in terms of GDP in 2019), the company's operating areas, Including Shanghai, Xiamen, Nanjing, Beijing, Hangzhou and Shaoxing, are among the top 10.
